All certified contractors performing work that disturbs lead-based paint in homes or facilities where children under the age of 6 are present need to have this refresher course to maintain their certification with the state.

Complete this EPA-accredited refresher course to stay certified!

According to the State, you must comply:

If you or your company provides remodeling, renovation or other home and building improvement services, don’t risk facing thousands of dollars in fines. And, more importantly, don’t place your tenants and clients at risk for lead poisoning. With proper certification, you won’t need to limit your work to housing and buildings built after 1978. New updates are included in this course.
