Who Should Attend Build My Future?

  • Build My Future is open to all students in grades 9 – 12.
  • Female students are strongly encouraged to attend Build My Future. There are many opportunities for females in the construction industry.
  • Many activities at the event will be similar year to year. If a student has attended in the past, they are welcome to attend again, but we do not want them to be bored or a distraction to other students.
  • Remember that this is an event meant specifically for the construction industry. There will not be any other industries showcased.
  • Consider sending students that excel in math, science and business. Students engaged in the FBLA and/or FFA programs are encouraged to attend.

Lunch & Food Allergies

  • Lunch will be served. Individuals with other allergies and/or food needs will need to bring their lunch.
  • Bottled water & water fountains will be available throughout the day for attendees.
