What To Bring:
- A Yoga Mat or Thick Blanket to lay on
- A Blanket or Sweatshirt to stay nice and cozy
- A drink if you’d like, snacks will be provided
- Optionally, a pillow and/or eye mask
- A Friend!
We will be in the HBA office’s basement
- Doors Open at 5:00 PM
- A Short Meeting will Start at 5:30 PM
- The program starts at 6:00 PM
- It is free for Members and guests to attend, but if you haven’t RSVP’d please do so for the hostess’s snack buying sake.
